On May 28th at 1830 hours, #RescueEngine33 was dispatched for a vehicle accident in the 3300 blk of Pennsy Dr. RE33 arrived to find a vehicle overturned, in a concrete drainage culvert with 1 trapped. As the OIC filled out the remainder of the Rescue assignment, the crew immediately began stabilization of the vehicle utilizing a chain bridle with the #Paratech #HydraFusion struts. Once stabilized, the driver’s door was removed to access the victim and a stokes basket operation was initiated to remove him up the slope to PA830 for transport.
