After clearing an accident on Rt 50, #RescueEngine33 was picked up as the 2nd due engine for a house fire in the 6400 block of Brightlea Drive. After picking up 48’s line, RE33 stretched to the 2nd floor and opened up to access fire in the attic. The WFD also brought the Engine Company to the scene, but they staged outside the dwelling. Companies quickly brought the fire under control and both units from 33 returned to Landover.
